Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Omniflow’s onboarding design services (“Service”). By purchasing a Sprint or Subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Omniflow provides onboarding design, UX flows, copywriting, event schemas, and engineer-ready specifications for SaaS products. This is a service, not a software tool.
2. Offers & Pricing
Launch Sprint — €4,995
30-day structured onboarding design sprint
Includes one major and one minor revision
Two review calls (25–30 min each)
100% upfront invoice
Reschedule once by up to 7 days
Activation Subscription — €1,995/month
One active request at a time
5–7 business days for new flows/variants
1–2 business days for minor tweaks
Cancel anytime (service continues until the end of the billing period)
Subscription may be paused once per quarter for up to 30 days
3. Active Request Definition
An active request is one onboarding deliverable in progress (e.g., new segment flow, A/B variant, empty state, event plan update). A new request begins when the previous one is delivered.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver the project efficiently, you agree to:
Provide timely access to product environments
Share necessary assets, context, and constraints
Respond to questions or approvals within reasonable timeframes
Delays in feedback extend timelines.
5. Access to Environments
If needed, you may grant:
Staging/demo access
Read-only or limited access
Production access (optional)
Omniflow will only access what is required to complete the project.
6. Revisions
Each Sprint or request includes:
1 major revision (sequence/structure)
1 minor revision (copy, timing, exposure caps)
Additional revisions can be billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property
You own final deliverables once paid in full.
Omniflow retains the right to use redacted versions for portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Guarantee (Light)
If you’re not confident shipping after the first iteration, Omniflow will provide one extra refinement at no cost.
9. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid before work begins.
Sprint invoices are paid 100% upfront.
Subscriptions are billed upfront monthly.
No refunds for partial months.
10. Limitations
Omniflow does not provide:
Full product redesigns
Backend development
QA/testing in production
Advanced email nurture programs
Pricing/packaging strategy
Mobile app UX unless explicitly agreed
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Omniflow is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or implementation delays.
Deliverables are provided “as is,” with no guarantee of specific activation or conversion impact.
12. Confidentiality
All materials shared by the client are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering the project.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union/Bulgaria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
